Had our company event at raffles jakarta. Raffles hotel team has smoothly handle our 50 guests coming in and out from various countries for airport pick-up/drop-off and check-in/out. Raffles hotel team took prompt action on every inquiries and requests, provided exceptional service with kindness. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all, especially to Miss Etha, Director guest experience. Would love to revisit Raffles again for both family vacation and business meetings!

I booked a deluxe king but as an accor platinum member I was upgraded to a suite . And when they realised that it was the first time I stay at Raffles they upgraded me to a bigger and more luxurious suite . More than 150 m2 . Everything in the suite was top luxury . Sitting room dinning room , bedroom, bathroom etc . Most important is the service . Staff were very well trained and made my stay very smooth . Lounge staff in particular deserve a special mention : Irvan and his ( lady ) colleague were extremely polite and helpful . The lounge food nd drinks were extensive and generous .

Raffles Jakarta is such a great hotel to stay in Jakarta. The moment I received the confirmation of the reservation, I received a message via WhatsApp from the Raffles Service to thank me for the reservation and to enquire if I need anything else during my stay. My check-in to the hotel was so smooth and everything that I asked for were well prepared. All the staff are so polite. The service is so great that I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in the same building with mall, also close to anywhere around. The room was so spacious and i love the facilities as well. Staffs were super friendly and helpful, especially when one was sending my cake to my room but since i was on don’t disturb mode he couldn’t ring the bell, he had to wait for the whole maybe 30 minutes in front of my room ( which i had no idea at all ) The only thing that quite disappointed me was the variety of breakfast menus. For such price they could’ve improved more selections. It was super super less than other hotels with the same price and facilities so I was surprised by how few menu selections they had. Also, it disappointed me more when i ordered an a la carte menu and it took them a whole 30 mins to come. I even thought they forgot my orders

Had a wonderful experience with Raffles Jakarta, got the pre arrival notice from Jess and helped by Rizky as the butler really ease my stay there. Also shout out to Mr. Miko at reception for the warm welcome and excellent room prepared upon arrival. Would love to back to the property in the near future
